Accessibility statement

Performedia is committed to making Performedia Studio accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technology. This statement applies to the Performedia Studio platform: the event sites, the attendee portal, the accessible video player and the organizer admin.

Our commitment

We build accessibility in rather than bolting it on. We do not use a third-party accessibility overlay or widget. Every surface — attendee and administrative alike — is designed to work by keyboard, with a screen reader, at high magnification, and with the display, contrast and motion settings you already use on your device.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Performedia Studio is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Feedback and contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Performedia Studio. If you meet a barrier, or you need information in a different format, please tell us:

  • Email: accessibility@performedia.com
  • Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you were using.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five business days.

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology

Performedia Studio is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, paired with the screen readers those browsers are commonly used with (NVDA and JAWS on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, TalkBack on Android). It may not work with browsers older than three major versions.

Technical specifications

Accessibility relies on HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS and JavaScript, and on the combination of your browser and any assistive technology installed on your device.

Assessment approach

Performedia assesses the accessibility of Performedia Studio by a combination of self-evaluation — automated checks that run on every change, plus manual keyboard and screen-reader testing — and external review.

Statement date

This statement was prepared in September 2026 and is reviewed as the platform changes.
